If arbitration is not permitted, each party submits to the personal jurisdiction of the courts in Florida.

13. Force Majeure

Lightning Leads Pro shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

14. Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Lightning Leads Pro.

14.2 Severability: If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

14.3 No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it.

14.4 Assignment: You may not transfer your rights without written consent. We may assign ours freely.

14.5 Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Florida, excluding its conflict of law principles.

15.1 Program Description
